Our menus
Our menus are based on the use of local produce and ingredients – they are unpretentious and down to earth, but the tastes are divine! The fisherman who brings the fresh fish straight from his boat is indispensable. The same goes for the Old Norwegian Sheep (Villsau), a local breed of sheep, with its taste of dew fresh moorlands and heather. Our guests travel from far away to taste our famous fish soup which has been a staple dish on our menu for more than 30 years.
